Plaintiff Alvin Jones appeals a district court order granting summary judgment for defendants in his prisoners civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Specifically, plaintiff alleges that his segregation from the general prison population for an excessive period of time involves the deprivation of a state-created liberty interest without due process in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment.
